and so i gotten my last sem results today.

A-, B+, B+

Finally i see my 1st A in my NUS course of study... delighted for that.

Human being human.. I'm quite greedy...

Greedy and a bit pissed that i keep getting B+...

Reason being B+ is SO NEAR YET SO FAR TO A-!

Seriously i need my As to eventually get a good degree.

I need to add more oil... but how to add more oil when I also want to enjoy bonding with Naomi 

and having my own personal time....

 And so yest was the annual 'Eat with your family' day.. 

yes, once a year, we knock off early so that we can eat with our family.

Anyway, we decided to bring Naomi and my mother in law out for dinner.

Mother In law brought Naomi and waited for us at the MRT station, interesting sight was that Naomi was sitting nicely in the baby stroller till she sees me and she kick up a fuss waiting me to carry her! 

Haha... well.. seriously this isn't a good habit for Naomi but deep down, I'm pretty happy...

ha.. Pretty happy that my gal is so excited to have me carry her..

Ok, for those who dunno, I'm not the highest priority in Naomi list(Men) when we are at home.

haha... Whenever Daniel(bro in law) is at home, Naomi will definitely crawl to him and ignore me in the process.. its a very special bond that Naomi have, i guess. :)

In fact, whenever Daniel comes home from work, Naomi will give him a big grin when she sees him coming back. Well, i dun get that usually. haha.. Anyway i am not jealous huh...

okok.. back to 'eat with your family'..

and so we had dinner at California Pizza Kitchen..

I can't have chicken, duck & seafood recently and so we ordered the classic cheeseburger pizza.

taste was good... er... like eating cheeseburger?! haha...

We then made our way to Botanical Gardens...

Let Naomi enjoy some green scenery by the swan lake...

oh.. and we spotted the swans at their usual tiny hot spot. haha..

I was left with lotsa lotsa saliva. yes. believe me!

Oh.. and as we were abt to leave the garden, 

I was approached by a group of 6 Angmoh to helped them take a group photo. I then find out that the elderly couple were there to sign their marriage cert. Real small affair with only 4 friends + a JP.

Even though i dunno them, but i'm real happy for the 2 elderly folks.

In fact i was pretty disappointed that I din have my kick ass camera with me else I would have definitely helped them to take some nicey nicey photos for memory.

going to slow things down a bit..

watch my diet & not jog for the time being.

its been a while since i felt so breathless.. asthmatic to be exact...

2nd visit to the sinseh and din helped much...

been MIA for a while mainly to prepare for my exams..

This have been a pretty tough semester but luckily for us, exams was pretty much okok..

so I'm expecting at least Bs for the 3 modules. 

In terms of my part time studies, I'm very blessed to have a group of classmates that study and prepare for  exams together. So for the past 2 weeks, they were at my new place almost on a daily basis till 11pm. 

Again, blessed to have them as my classmates & friends.

And so immediately after my exams, i went back to my In-Camp-Training.

And as expected, Army once again screw up their admin stuff. Not gonna elaborate much on that.

Naomi have been a good & well behaved girl and she's also starting to 'speak' a little..

Maybe I'm sensitive but i think i hear her saying " da.da...di..." which of coz i would translate as daddy!

haha...

Good morning WORLD!

exams on the 23th, 30th Apr & 2nd May...

took almost the whole of this week to prepare for the killer paper on the 23th..

ELECTROMAGNETIC ENGINEERING is the killer subject..

Seriously i get so so so low morale looking at the lecture notes..

the same goes for looking at the tutorials & past yr papers..

And i really wonder what am i going to do to pass this paper...

argh.........

SAVE ME!!!!!

and so yesterday i was home alone with Naomi from 6 till 11+pm..

and it was a nerve wrecking evening!

For dunno what reasons, Naomi suddenly screamed like nobody biz... carry & sayang her also useless...
 ended up using the sounds of my bunch of keys to distract her..

I then carried her and walked to northpt to pack my dinner.. brought her to see the kind staffs @ baby spa and I'm pretty amazed that they still rem Naomi! Then spend some time in cold storage, introducing Naomi to the different fruits and other barang barang there... Naomi loves exploring new places and she's pretty much well behaved when she is outside.. she knockout while we were going home..

Let her sleep in her cot and i thought " ho sey liao, I can watch my streaming movies from my ipad liao."

Barely 30 mins into the show and Naomi SCREAM again!

This time screaming even louder than the earlier one! And again, its so so so so hard to pacify her.. almost like no amount of sayang can pacify her. She scream and cry till mucus & tears flow and face turns red!

Damn stress........ Finally did lotsa silly things to calm her down a bit.. played with her a while.. and there she goes, SCREAM again!!!!
Becomes like a cycle till Wifey comes home!

Been reaching home at 11+ for the entire week...

totally shack out both mentally & physically..

and so yesterday i went home to see a crying Naomi..

Crying non stop, to be exact.

Understand that she's got flu and have vomited for 4 times which explains the crankiness..

tough night for wifey as she gotta carry Naomi to sleep in order to pacify her and even by doing so, both Naomi & wifey din have a good night rest.

ok.. and so where did the flu bug come from?

Some thoughts came into my mind..

could it be...

(1) The 2 hour visit to my mum's place where my mum was recovering from flu. I can't bear not to bring Naomi along as my parents only see her once a week and they loves her soooo much.

(2) My bro in law also had flu for a couple of days and Naomi and him shared the common living room and were in the tiny car with lousy ventilation for a short while.

(3) The fan constantly blowing directly on Naomi when she Zzz.. But we can't do without this.

(4) Gems in the air when we bought Naomi out.

well... it could be anything.
